ShopEyes is built for public Shopify storefront research. This policy explains what data we use, where it is stored, and what the Chrome extension does not read.

ShopEyes reviews public storefront signals from the page or domain a user chooses to analyze. These signals may include visible app clues, theme metadata, Shopify platform hints, social links, favicon, public page imagery, product count signals, and public store profile signals.
ShopEyes does not read private Shopify admin data, payment data, passwords, checkout information, customer records, private apps, or server-side tools.
When a detection runs, the storefront domain is sent to the ShopEyes detection service so the product can return app, theme, social, and store profile signals. Results should be treated as research signals, not a guaranteed inventory of every private system used by a store.
The Chrome extension may store detection history, starred stores, starred apps, recently unstarred apps, and account preview state in Chrome local storage. This helps the extension keep research context available between sessions.
If you use an account, ShopEyes may use account profile, subscription status, credit balance, and credit ledger data to sync usage limits between the website and Chrome extension. Credit information is used for product access, billing state, and usage accounting.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
ShopEyes is designed to use only the data needed to provide storefront research. Local extension data can be cleared by removing extension storage or uninstalling the extension. Account-related requests can be sent to support@shopeyes.top.
